  6.    The Clock Tray Skins is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:

  8.    1. All copyrights to Clock Tray Skins are exclusively owned by the author
  9.       - Drive Software Company.

  11.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.
  12.       Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish
  13.       to continue to use Clock Tray Skins, you MUST register.

  15.    3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  16.       use Clock Tray Skins on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, 
  17.       at a time.  The registered Clock Tray Skins software may not be rented or 
  18.       leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving 
  19.       it agrees to terms of this license.  If the software is an update, 
  20.       the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  22.    4. The Clock Tray Skins unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed,
  23.       with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is
  24.       not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  25.       distribution of Clock Tray Skins without written permission from the copyright
  26.       holder.  The Clock Tray Skins unregistered trial version may not be bundled or
  27.       distributed with any other package without written permission of
  28.       the copyright holder.

  31.       it, with registration fee, to one of the authorized
  32.       registration sites.
